The guests will be assigned seats by the management. The allocation of seats will be done by the management according to the booking details. If there is a specific seat that you want then you will have to get the bookings done way ahead of time. For this cruising tour, pick up and drop off services are not available but all of the guests will be provided with the facility of parking area. The cake cutting ceremony will be huge and the majestic fireworks will follow the cake cutting ceremony. The scrumptious dinner will be a mix of cuisines from all over the world and the main highlight of this dinner will be Arabian dishes. The Traditional Cruise can accommodate up to 70 guests, with 40 on the Upper Deck and 30 on the Lower Deck.

•  Guests can expect a 3 to 4-hour cruise experience aboard the Wooden Dhow.
• The cruise will commence its journey from Bur Dubai’s Al Seef.
•  Our team will provide you with the exact location details via WhatsApp.
•  The cruise route includes departing from Dubai Creek, passing through Al Seef, Maktoum Bridge, Dubai Festival City, and Jaddaf. The highlight will be witnessing the Burj Khalifa fireworks from Jaddaf Waterfronts

Boarding & Departure Location

Boarding Timings: 8:00 pm

• The cruise will Departure between 9:00 pm and 9:30 pm, returning at approximately 1:30 am to 1:45 am.
• After booking the tour and receiving your confirmation, you can expect to receive important details, such as the name and contact number of your New Year 2025 eve coordinator, a location map, and the precise boarding time. These details will be sent to you via WhatsApp or email after December 20th.

Seating Arrangements

• The cruise management will assign seats to all guests on the Lower deck.
• To ensure convenience, gender-specific toilets will be available for everyone.
• The entire cruise, including both the lower and upper decks, will be adorned with balloons and ribbons for a New Year eve.

Transportation & Parking

• Additional pick-up and drop-off services are available for an extra fee. The cost is 1000 AED for an SUV (fits up to 6 guests) and 1500 AED for a Mini Bus (14-seater).
• Pick-up times for New Year 2025 are scheduled between 7:00 pm – 7:30 pm on December 31 and Drop of time 2:30 am – 3:00 am on January 1.
• Pick-up service is provided only from your accommodation or home in Dubai, not from the airport.
• Please note that pick-up and drop-off times may vary by 30 to 60 minutes depending on traffic and location.
• Self-drive guests can park their vehicles at Al Seef Mall at their own cost; we will share the location via WhatsApp.

• Event Date: This booking is exclusively for the New Year Yacht Party on December 31, 2024.
• Booking and Payment: To secure your spot, you must book in advance and make a payment. Your booking is considered valid only when payment is made in advance.
• Contact Information: When making your reservation, please provide your name and contact number.
• Ticket Resale: It’s important to note that reselling tickets is strictly not allowed.
• Boarding Time: Boarding will not be allowed after 09:00 pm, so please make sure to arrive on time.
• Outside Food and Drinks: Bringing your own food and beverages is not allowed.
• Food at the Event: The food served at the event cannot be taken away or delivered.
• Event Assistance: If you encounter any issues during the event, please inform the event organizers for prompt assistance.
• Acknowledging Risks: By attending the yacht party, you acknowledge and accept any associated risks and hazards.
• Prohibited Items: illegal substances, and unwanted items are strictly prohibited.
• Booking Confirmation: You can show your booking confirmation on a mobile device or as a printed copy.
• Receipt of Confirmation: Following successful payment, you will receive your booking confirmation via email & WhatsApp.
• Price Inclusion: The final price in your booking confirmation includes VAT.
• Non-Exchangeable: This booking cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Single Use Vouchers: Each voucher can be used only once.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that there are no refunds or cancellations allowed for New Year’s Eve 2024 bookings. If you change your plans or decide to cancel, you won’t receive a refund.

• Cancellation Policy: Once your booking is confirmed, you cannot cancel it.
• Non-Refundable Tickets: Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any reason.
• No-Show Policy: If you don’t attend the event, refunds will not be issued.
• Event Changes: The event schedule may be altered or improved by the organizers due to unexpected situations with at least 10 days’ prior notice.

Refund Policy

• In case events are cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, refunds will be processed within 21 working days.
• Refunds will be issued through the same payment channel you used for your purchase.
