Terms & Conditions – Aurivian Adventure

1. General

By booking any travel service, tour, or event with Aurivian Adventure, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms form a binding agreement between Aurivian Adventure and the client.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be confirmed in writing or through our official booking channels.
A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure reservations.
Full payment must be made prior to the commencement of the trip or event, unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are subject to change based on availability, season, and external factors.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy shared at the time of booking.
Non-refundable services (such as flights, permits, or third-party bookings) will not be reimbursed.
Aurivian Adventure reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours/events due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns). In such cases, alternative arrangements or partial refunds may be offered.

4. Liability & Responsibility

Aurivian Adventure acts as a facilitator and is not liable for delays, cancellations, or damages caused by third-party providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies).
Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet health, visa, and travel requirements before departure.
Adventure activities may involve risk. Aurivian Adventure is not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses incurred during participation.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all clients.

5. Client Conduct

Clients are expected to respect local laws, customs, and the environment.
Any misconduct, illegal activity, or behavior that endangers others may result in termination of services without refund.

6. Privacy & Data

Aurivian Adventure values your privacy. Personal information collected during booking will only be used for travel arrangements and will not be shared with unauthorized parties.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh.

8. Acceptance

By confirming a booking with Aurivian Adventure, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
