Booking will result in receipt of confirmation.

• On the day of travel, a copy of a current, valid passport is necessary.
• After making a reservation, you will immediately receive a confirmation email; however, you cannot redeem it for an At the Top Admission Ticket.
• After making a reservation, you will receive a second, independent confirmation email with a voucher. ONLY that voucher MUST be provided at the BURJ KHALIFA ticketing counter.
• Your preferred time slot might not be available due to strong demand: If this occurs, a new time slot “…a new time slot closest to your first chosen time, subject to availability” will be assigned to you.
• Please be aware that weather cannot be guaranteed and that poor visibility during hazy circumstances will not result in a refund.
• Please be aware that there may be a wait at the ticket counter or elevator for this option during the busiest travel times, weekends, and public holidays.
• Most visitors can take part
• Only if the 01-way transfer option is chosen is a private one-way transfer from hotels in Dubai to the Burj Khalifa included.
