Parking & Public Transport
- We advise arriving at the location no later than 4 PM to ensure a seamless arrival.
- Please review the most recent road closure updates provided by the Road and Transport Authority (RTA).
- Prior to 4 PM, parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis at Fountain Views Parking, Zabeel Parking,
- Public parking lots along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard.
- Parking will be accessible at Al Meydan-Falcon Heritage and Sports Centre and Al Wasl Club Parking after 4 PM.
- You will be transported to the location via shuttle buses.
- To utilize the shuttle service and disembark at the Dubai Opera bus stop, you must show your badge.
- Important: After the festivities, use your badge to board the shuttle bus. Without your badge, you won’t be able to utilise the shuttle bus services.
- Metro: The metro will operate, however it may close at the discretion of the authorities.
- Taxis: Prior to road closures, taxis will run normally; but after closures are implemented, they won’t be able to approach Downtown.

Entry to Burj Park
- Go to Burj Park Gate 2 after using Downtown Gate 1.
- Navigation: To correspond with lamp post flags, your badge will be color-coded. To find your way to Burj Park, follow the flags that match the color of your badge.
- Recognition: To enter, show your badge. Without your badge, you won’t be allowed entry.
- Wristbands and Vouchers: If you have purchased a ticket, you will receive a wristband and a food voucher upon arrival.
- Re-entry is prohibited after you have left Burj Park. Please make a plan in advance.
- Stroller-wielding families should arrange to enter Burj Park via Gate 2 on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard.
- Strollers that try to enter through other gates will be seized at the door.
- Burj Park is also accessible from Gate 2 on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard for attendees who are People of Determination (POD).
Photography and Recording
- During the event, you are welcome to take your own pictures and films. However, EMAAR must first approve professional equipment like tripods and drones.
- When taking pictures, please consider the other guests.
Basic Guidelines
- The ticket is good for the December 31, EMAAR NYE event at Burj Park.
- Tickets cannot be used or resold for profit, and they are not refundable or transferable.
- A responsible adult with a valid ticket must accompany children under the age of eighteen.
- We will make announcements on our website and social media platforms in the event of severe weather, but the event will still happen regardless of the weather.
- If EMAAR has to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified using the contact information you gave when you bought your ticket.
Prohibited Items
- Kindly be aware that the following things are prohibited during the event:
- Explosives, fireworks, or glass containers, Pets, Alcohol
- Unauthorized use of professional photography and recording equipment (such as tripods and drones)
- Aerosol canisters, felt-tip pens, permanent markers, laser pointers
- Horns, air horns, sirens, trumpets, whistles, or vuvuzela-type gadgets that produce noise
- Banners, signs, or flags larger than 30 cm by 30 cm; flagpoles need to be affixed and non-offensive.
- Food and drink from outside (apart from necessities for the baby).
- Smoking devices and cigarettes are allowed, but only in specified smoking areas.
- Please consult the Event Guide for a detailed list of items that are prohibited.
- Anyone with forbidden materials may be denied access by EMAAR at its discretion.
- To guarantee everyone’s safety, please comply throughout the security inspections that will take place at the gate.
Exiting the Location
- Roads and public transportation will reopen after the event, as directed by the authorities.
- To board the bus return to the parking area if you’re using the shuttle service, make sure you keep your badge.
