Transfers & Pick-up Services:
Sharing transfer pick-up/drop-off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes,
depending on traffic conditions and your location.
Private transportation from remote areas will be charged extra and the same will be informed by our operations team in advance.
If you want to come by your own vehicle we will share the Location & Contact person Details.

Waiver Form:
The waiver form needs to be filled out 24 hours before the flight. Please fill out the Wavier Form and submit the form online.

Weight & Capacity:
The Max weight is 115kg and the maximum capacity for Hot Air Balloon is 11-28 pax.

Drone & Filming:
As per UAE’s Government strict Rules and Regulations we do not allow drones flying during flight.
Filming of the flight and the Event Banner on the basket is available at extra cost as an add-on option.

Baggage Restrictions:
Ballons typically have strict baggage restrictions due to weight and space limitations. It’s advisable to leave large bags and unnecessary items behind. Most tour providers offer secure storage for belongings during the flight.

Children & Pregnant Women:
The minimum allowed age is 5 years.
Child age group (5-12 years) above 12years of age is considered an adult.
Not recommended for participants with physical disabilities, impairments, Phobia of heights, back/knee problems, serious heart-related conditions or pregnant women.

Health Considerations: If you have any medical conditions or physical limitations that could affect your ability to fly comfortably, inform the tour provider in advance.

Weather:
Your safety is our top priority, and we will only fly if the weather conditions are ideal. Should we cancel a flight due to bad weather, we can either rebook your flight for any other day or provide you with a full refund. We will always try to communicate a cancelled flight the day before your experience.

Cancelation Policy:
Cancellation of flight can be done before 24 hrs of flight schedule time: 100% Refund –  Less than 24 hrs: No Refund

All our Pilots hold a GCAA – UAE valid License and have several hours of balloon flying experience with a very good record. We strictly maintain the Safety and Quality standards set by the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority
