Pickup time for safari excusion is usually 2:00-2:30pm and dropoff timing is 9:00-9:30 pm. Guests who booked private car can alter timing according to their requirement.
What is sharing & priate transfer?
Sharing Transfer: In this option guests will be sharing vehicle with other guests (upto 6 people per car).
Private Transfer: In this option guest will have their own private car and they can customize pick and dropoff timing according to their convenience.

Can kids and pregnant women go for dune bashing?
Dune bashing is not recommended for pregnant women and kids under age one. Other than dune bashing all safari activities are completely safe for pregnant women and kids.
Can we skip the dune bashing?
Yes, you can skip dune bashing if you want. You can either stay at waiting area until dune bashing will be done and you will head toward camp or you can hire private vehicle and go directly to camp without any wait or delay.
Is sandboarding already included or chargeable?
Sandboarding is included in package pricing you can ask your guide for it he will provide you guidance.
Does this package include quad bikes and dune buggy?
Quad bikes and Dune buggies are not included in this package you can add it as extra on additional costing. Kindly contact us on whatsapp to get details about pictures and pricing of quad bikes and dune buggies.
Can we rent quads/ dune buggies on the spot?
Prebooking of Quad Bike and Dune Buggy is preferred to make sure its availability on time. On spot you will be getting higher price and may not be available. We will highly recommend to reserve beforehand.
How long is the camel ride?
Short camel ride for duration of 5 minutes approximately is included in package for experience and photography purpose. You can ask your guide for it also if you want to add camel ride for 30 minutes you can add it as extra on additional costing.
Can we come directly at campsite if we don’t want to use your transfer service?
Yes, guests can directly come to campsite by their own if they dont want to use transfer. We will share location of camp and mandatory details after you confirmed the booking.
Whats is the food menu?
Guests will be served with mouthwatering premium live B.B.Q Buffet dinner including both veg and non veg options. To get a detailed food menu please write us on whatsapp so we will assist you accordingly.
Is there any dress code for the premium desert safari?
You should dress comfortably and casually inappropriate attire for the occasion. For the evening, you might want to pack a jacket or a jumper since the desert can get cool. Additionally, you have to put on closed-toed footwear or sandals that can shield your feet from sand.

What is the Cancellation Poilcy?
1.Cancelling 2 Days prior to the Tour date Full Amount will be refunded.
2.Canceling The Tour less than 24 hours from the Tour Date full amount will be charged.
What shows will be operating during Ramadan?
During Ramadan, all safari activities will be operating as normal only belly dance and alcohol won’t be served during the holy month of Ramadan.
